Dear Parents, Staff and Community Members,
As you are aware, our school community recently took part in an online learning process called Thoughtexchange. We've reviewed your thoughts and priorities and now want to share the results with you. Visit our results page to learn about the top priorities in our schools and the top priorities of the Division.
From the 1,112 stakeholders who contributed to the conversation, we learned about our strengths and the areas that we can improve. Communication was a theme that generated a lot of conversation and stood out as a priority across the Division. Thoughtexchange also identified academic performance and opportunities for students as a special interest encompassing a number of themes. We have been closely reviewing the results, and we would like to know more about these topics. In early April, we will be launching a second Thoughtexchange that we hope you will participate in so we can learn more about these specific issues.
Again, thank you so much for contributing to the success of our schools and Division. Your participation in the process was invaluable, and we encourage you to participate in the upcoming process.
