Following the thank-you provided by the students, Mr. Burke will be sharing his Royal Canadian Legion Pilgrimage that he took part in July. The title of his presentation is "Unwritten Movie Scripts".
As an added touch, the grade 7 and 8 students will have displays of Star City's soldiers, sailors and airmen who are honored on the town's cenotaph. Leading up to Remembrance Day students conducted research into the lives and sacrifices of these men.The students want to share the stories of these men to help their memory live on.
