Please read the following information carefully.

• 1. Registration: Please plan to arrive in Carrot River for registration at the High School Thursday, July 2^nd at 2:00 p.m. First Practice will be at 4:00 p.m.
• 2. Accommodations: We are housing all players from both teams in the High School. Please bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, air mattress, toiletries and towels.
• 3. Meals: All meals for players will be provided.
• 4. Equipment: All players are requested to bring their own equipment, this includes helmet, mouth guard, should pads, practice jersey and pants, thigh and knee pads, and hip and kidney pads. Game jerseys and game pants will be provided. Several changes of t-shirts and socks for practice. Make sure your equipment is in good order and fits properly. Bring towels and shampoos, etc. Your name and number will be sewn onto the jersey. The jersey will be yours to keep. Game and practice balls will be provided. We are attempting to provide equipment managers for each team.
• 5. Training Facilities: We will have two practice fields so both teams will practice at the same time. We are making an effort to have a trainer/equipment manager available for both teams. Please bring your own tape for ankles etc.
• 6. Medical: All players are required to carry out of country medical insurance. An ambulance will be at the game, as well as emergency people to handle any situations that arise.
• 7. Social Events: All players are expected to participate in Social Events. These include:
  -Thursday - get to know everyone (gym)
  -Friday - Slow Pitch Game (bring your own ball glove)
  -Saturday - Swimming (bring swim wear)

  -TV and DVDs are always available

• 8. Accommodations for Families: Listed on the website.
• 9. Use of drugs and alcohol is strictly forbidden and violators will be dealt with accordingly.
• 10. You will not be allowed to drive your vehicle once you register.
• 11. Be prepared to have FUN!!!!
